Overview
City Park West is a residential led mixed use development for Genesis Housing Association sitting in the heart of Chelmsford City Centre.
PTE’s masterplan for the two and half hectare site provides over 600 new homes, a new food superstore and other retail, over 8000m2 of commercial and community facilities, including the refurbishment of a number of important historic buildings.
City Park West received a 2015 Brick Award for Innovative Use of Brick & Clay Products.
