GDPR legislation replaces previous data privacy laws, which provide more rights to you as an individual and more obligations to organisations holding your personal data.

We use Google Analytics to monitor and analyse our website traffic to collect basic data (detailed below) about how visitors use our website (www.taylor.maxwell.co.uk). If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by us for 12 months. It will not be shared with any other organisations.

We use Calling Line Identification (CLI) information to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our service.

We will retain your personal data whilst providing our services to you and/or in accordance with the completion of a contractual obligation. Your personal data will be retained for a maximum period of 2 years beyond project completion.

Where you have opted in to receive our marketing emails, we will send these to you and retain your data until you opt out and/or request that your information is deleted.

We endeavour to ensure that your information is stored and used securely, and who sees it is controlled to help prevent unauthorised access to it.

You may under GDPR submit a request to access information held about you, the purpose of the information and details of any third party who we have shared this information with.
