accreditations

Taylor Maxwell Group believes that accreditations show our commitment to the service that we offer to our customers and differentiate us from our competition.

Major externally verified accreditations held by Group companies are:

ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System
– first quality accreditation awarded 1995

ISO 9001 specifies the basic requirements for a quality management system (QMS) that an organization must fulfill to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products (which include services) that enhance customer satisfaction and meet applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System
– first awarded 2008

ISO 14001:2004 specifies requirements for an environmental management system to enable an organization to develop and implement a policy and objectives which take into account legal requirements and other requirements to which the organization subscribes, and information about significant environmental aspects. It applies to those environmental aspects that the organization identifies as those which it can control and those which it can influence. It does not itself state specific environmental performance criteria.

C2E - Committed2Equality
– first awarded 2012

Committed2Equality is a National Equality Standard, designed for organisations to enable them to reach their equality potential and demonstrate their equality and diversity working practices. The Committed2Equality Standard validates actions and engages with organisations helping to build knowledge and a greater understanding of equality and diversity issues in the workplace and in community.
