PREFABRICTAED PANELS - TEXTURED

Precast Concrete Sandwich (with insulation) or Single (without insulation) clad with Brick, Reconstituted or Natural Stone, alternatively left acid etched (smooth). Dependent on the size of the panel the concrete is 125 to 150mm, plus insulation (if necessary) with the brick/block slip 50/65mm. Panels are prepointed at the works and are designed to be supported / restrained individually or can be stacked on top of each other, supported at foundation level and restrained back to the structure. Average size of a panel is 2.9m (to suit floor to floor) x 5/6m in length although this can be adapted in these parameters. Alternatively offered as lightweight façade panels with natural stone fused to a lightweight aerated clay concrete backing for a lightweight rainscreen cladding.
